Not gonna lie, I was a bit impatient waiting for a reply about my order, but once customer service got back to me, they were really friendly and helpful. They fixed the issue without any hassle, so overall it was a good experience, just not the fastest

"Cute cup, but the quality is kind of ridiculous"
I really liked the design and it looks at first glance, but the quality just wasn’t what I expected. There was a small rough spot on the cup, and the glaze looked uneven in a few areas. For the price, that’s a little ridiculous. It’s not terrible, but I was definitely disappointed.

"Everything showed up as expected"
I ordered from sargadelos.com and everything was pretty much exactly what I picked out. The colors looked like the listing, the pieces were the right ones, and I spent a little time checking it all just to make sure. Nothing was missing or off, so... yeah, it all worked out.

"Simple and Honest Shopping Experience"
I had a really smooth time using the site. Everything was easy to find, the pages loaded fast, and the menu actually made sense. Checkout was straightforward too, with no weird or confusing steps. It felt like the site was set up to respect the customer’s time, which I really appreciate. Overall, a nice and fair experience

"Super easy refund, honestly a relief"
I had to send one item back because I totally ordered the wrong size. The return process was surprisingly simple, and they got back to me quickly. I didn’t have to chase anyone down a million times for my refund, which was such a relief. Definitely wouldn’t hesitate to buy from Sargadelos again...

"Really nice craftsmanship, just a tiny flaw"
It really feels handmade and has a lot of charm. There are a few rough spots here and there, but overall I’m happy with it

"Packaging is hit or miss"
This was a miss for me. The item showed up cracked, and there was barely any padding in the box to protect it. Maybe others have better luck, but the packaging on mine was basically useless.

"Nice designs, but overpriced"
I do like their designs, and the quality seems decent enough, but the prices feel high for what you’re actually getting. Shipping wasn’t exactly cheap either, so by the time everything added up, I expected a bit more. I also didn’t love the way the customer service came across when I asked a question — it felt a little like I was being talked down to, which left a bad impression. I probably wouldn’t order again unless there was a really good sale.

"Pretty ceramics, but I felt uneasy after checkout"
The ceramics themselves look really nice, and there are definitely some pieces on the site. But the website feels kind of dated and cluttered, which made browsing a bit frustrating. After I paid, I started feeling a little unsure because the whole checkout experience didn’t give me much confidence. I’m hoping everything arrives fine, but I didn’t feel totally reassured once the payment went through.

"My package did show up, but the..."
My package did show up, but the shipping took a bit longer than I was expecting. I had ordered it because it reminded me of something my sister uses all the time, so I was kind of excited to get it sooner. Everything arrived okay in the end, just wish the delivery had been a little quicker
